Guided Growth Executive Coaching

Effective Date: August 24, 2025

 
Guided Growth Executive Coaching (“the Coach”) provides professional executive and business coaching services designed to support leadership development, performance enhancement, and personal growth. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or consulting, and does not include legal, financial, or medical advice.

1. Session Structure

  • Sessions are typically 60 minutes unless otherwise agreed.
  • Coaching may be delivered in person, or via video conferencing.
  • The number and frequency of sessions will be determined collaboratively with the client.
     


2. Fees and Payment

  • Standard rates:
    • $250.00 CAD per one-on-one remote session.
    • $450.00 CAD per one-on-one in-person session.

  • Plan rates:
    • $2,400.00 CAD per twelve (12) one-on-one remote sessions.
    • $4,800.00 CAD per twelve (12) one-on-one in-person sessions.
    • $1,500.00 CAD per twelve (12) group remote sessions.
    • $3,000.00 CAD per twelve (12) group in-person sessions.
  • Payment is due prior to each session unless a package or retainer agreement is in place.
  • Accepted payment methods: e-transfer, credit card, or PayPal.
  • Late payments may incur a 5% administrative fee.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
  • Group sessions cannot be cancelled or rescheduled (High-level meeting notes may be provided for each session)
  • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
  • No-shows are billed at the full session rate.

4. Confidentiality

All client information is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed without written consent, except where required by law (e.g., risk of harm, court order). The Coach agrees to uphold the highest standards of privacy and discretion.



5. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Engage actively in the coaching process.
  • Communicate openly and honestly.
  • Complete any agreed-upon actions between sessions.

6. Coach Responsibilities

The Coach agrees to:

  • Provide a safe, respectful, and professional environment.
  • Prepare for each session with intention and care.
  • Maintain ethical standards.


 

7. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time by providing written notice. For clients enrolled in a coaching plan, any session already used will be recalculated at the standard rate. The refund amount will be determined by subtracting the cost of used sessions (at the standard rate) from the total prepaid amount. Any discounts applied in advance will be removed prior to calculating the final refund.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through informal discussion. If unresolved, mediation will be pursued before any legal action.


 

9. Corporate Engagements

For corporate clients engaging Guided Growth Executive Coaching to provide services to employees, executives, or teams:

  • Contracting Entity: The organization (“Client”) shall be the contracting party and responsible for payment, scheduling, and coordination unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Confidentiality: While individual coaching sessions remain confidential between the Coach and the coachee, the organization may receive general progress updates or aggregated insights, provided the coachee consents and no personal or sensitive information is disclosed.
  • Customization: Coaching programs may be tailored to align with organizational goals, leadership frameworks, or performance metrics. Any customization will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work or Coaching Agreement.
  • Reporting & Evaluation: Upon request, the Coach may provide periodic reports on program engagement, attendance, and outcomes, subject to confidentiality agreements and ethical standards.
  • Termination & Substitution: The organization may substitute participants or terminate the engagement with 30 days’ written notice. Any unused sessions may be refunded or reallocated, subject to agreement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
